Refunds & cancellations

arabis.works is the studio's company website. It does not sell products or take payments, so there is nothing to refund or cancel on this site itself. Purchases happen on each product's own website, under that product's terms.

Product purchases and subscriptions

Refunds and cancellations for a product are handled under that product's published policy:

• Buildplate Studio: refund policy, terms and pricing. Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled from your account after subscribing. To request a refund, use Buildplate Studio support.
• Made by Aldrin is not yet open for purchases. Its refund and cancellation terms will be published on madebyaldrin.com before it accepts payments.

If you cannot reach a product's support, or you are not sure which product a charge belongs to, email hello@arabis.works with the date, amount and the email address you used, and we will help.

Custom development projects

Custom work is agreed in writing before it starts. Each project agreement sets out the scope, payment schedule, what happens if either side cancels, and how work completed up to that point is handled. Those project terms take precedence for that project.

Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We will look into it and respond by email. Contacting us does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
