These terms apply to the website arabis.works, operated by Arabis Information Technology Services ("Arabis Works", "we") in the Philippines. By using the site you agree to them. Each product has its own terms for its own service, such as Buildplate Studio's terms; those apply when you use that product.

Using the site

You may browse the site and contact us through it. Please do not:

  • send spam, automated or bulk submissions through the contact form;
  • try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems or its data;
  • interfere with the site's operation, or scrape it in a way that burdens it;
  • use the site to send unlawful, harmful or misleading content.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design, logos and images, and the names Arabis Works, Buildplate Studio and Made by Aldrin, belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may link to the site and quote short passages with attribution. Please do not copy or reuse other material without permission.

Information on this site

We try to keep the site accurate and label each project's status honestly. Descriptions of products, features and plans are for general information. Features marked as planned, beta, prototype or in development may change or may not be released. A product's own website is the authority on what it currently offers and costs.

Nothing on this site is an offer to enter into a contract. Custom work is only agreed in a separate written agreement.

Links to other sites

The site links to our product websites and to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this informational website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
